With ProCall, the native client for Microsoft Windows, companies are able to improve their communication and collaboration internally and across company borders with partners, suppliers and customers. In addition to proven CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), instant messaging, presence management, screen sharing and federation, ProCall also offers options for audio/video communication (WebRTC-based) via the company website with the contact portal and multimedia business card. Softphone functions (SIP) and integration with Bluetooth provide further added value.
ProCall Mobile is a native smartphone and tablet app for iPad, iPhone and Android with selected unified communications and CTI features.
The latest version has a modern design and a thoroughly revised operating concept. The focus is on easy access to the proven communication options of ProCall mobile. Functions such as video chat or the integration of softphone features (SIP) further enhance the app.
A fragmented and diverse IT environment and a multitude of communication channels make individual communication difficult. Software from estos brings these channels together and integrates them into relevant business applications.

- View of colleagues' communication in the group journal. In order to be able to provide information in case of a substitution, the note field for a communication should be filled in
- Via the group chat feature, I can easily write text messages within a group or share content via file transfer
The workplace and working hours are in a state of change. Mobile working, e.g. while traveling and/or working from home, has supplemented or even replaced the fixed workstation in the office in many areas. The presence management system
- Presence (including present, busy, absent, not logged in) explains the general availability of a contact. Telephone (CTI/SIP/Mobile), audio/video chat, video conferencing, calendar integration and communication via the contact portal influence presence
- The contact card displays all relevant information about the availability of a contact and is the hub of communication. On mouse-over (Windows client), the tooltip expands with detailed information and I can select a suitable communication channel
- Presence profiles such as remote working, vacation, business trip or break can be selected directly. In this way, predefined presence states, specific note information or call detour can be activated with a single click
- The integration of the calendar directly influences the presence displayed in ProCall Enterprise. So normal appointments automatically cause the presence to be set to red "Busy in appointment"
Contact portal and multimedia business card
- The application in the browser enables location-independent communication
- Interested parties, customers or partners can contact a company employee personally via the internet using a contact portal. The channels available are text chat or audio/video chat
- ProCall Enterprise users can send the link to their multimedia business card to anyone digitally and therefore the recipient can start an audio or video communication directly from the browser. However, the classic communication channels such as telephone numbers and postal address and the current presence are also displayed

Easy installation and configuration
- The integrated software distribution already enables a controlled roll-out of the Windows workplace software without third-party products as well as automating the update process
- Users and groups can be configured conveniently via the Microsoft Active Directory connection. The integrated templates for group policies and a snap-in for the Microsoft Active Directory console provide support
- Many settings for the workplace software can be centrally pre-configured using administrative configuration and distributed using profiles
Security with everything under control
- The authorization system with predefined levels allows both administrative and user-defined configuration of permissions among users.
- The UCServer enables practical system monitoring with the help of an integrated monitor, automatic dispatch of error messages, and detailed monitoring via Windows perfmon

MetaDirectory turns data into information
- With a contact data integration, the name of the person I'm talking to is displayed instead of the phone number when a call comes in, and I can greet them personally right away
- In addition, with simple business process integration, I can switch from the call window to my ERP or CRM system with one click
- With complex business process integration, I can not only switch to the ERP or CRM system, but also display detailed information about the call partner right in the call window, such as customer number or orders that are open

- ProCall Analytics is an add-on module that presents your communication data in clear dashboards
- Personal data is protected at all times due to an extensive authorization system
