ChatGPT can now be integrated as a user in the ProCall client

The Starnberg-based software manufacturer estos has integrated ChatGPT into its UC & CTI software suite ProCall Enterprise. Users can now use artificial intelligence (AI) directly in their ProCall chat interface. All they need to do is enter their requirements in the chat of the "ChatGPT" user and receive the corresponding result: They can create graphics or write, summarize or translate texts without having to switch interfaces. "Your personal assistant who is always there for you" is how the Starnberg-based company describes the integration of ChatGPT in ProCall Enterprise.

The "personal assistant" is now available with Service Release 3 of version 8 of ProCall Enterprise: estos offers an interface to the third-party providers Open AI and Microsoft with Azure Open AI Service, a license for ChatGPT is a prerequisite for use. The current legal copyright and copyright information applies, emphasizes the manufacturer.
