Congratulations at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates estos GmbH from Starnberg on being awarded the TOP 100 seal. The award ceremony at the Summit took place in Augsburg, southern Germany, for all medium-sized companies that received the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year. The science journalist is mentoring the innovation competition, which is being held for the 30th time. In the scientific selection process, estos made a particular impression in the size category B (51 to 200 employees) in the category "Climate of Innovation". This is the second time the company has been among the top innovators.
To ensure that the software manufacturer estos' applications will continue to be in as high demand as they currently are, customers are continuously asked about their needs. estos develops and markets intelligent communication software for companies. "We have more than doubled our customer contacts and customer interviews in 2022. Every important suggestion from outside flows into product increment planning or is immediately processed by our so-called NexGen client team," says Managing Director Florian Buzin.
In addition, the company also maintains close cooperation with its two sister companies STARFACE and TeamFON. The company intends to use all of these impulses for internal improvement over the next few years. A first step in this direction was to apply the principle of agile software development to other core processes as well. This helps to create a positive innovation climate and sustainably increases the social component. "Employees and teams should take the initiative to seek exchange with external experts on the topics they are working on," says Florian Buzin.
